Spooky Fun for What Will You Stamp?

Good Morning and welcome to another weekly challenge for What Will You Stamp?  The challenge set is Spooky Fun which just happens to be my favorite Halloween set in the Holiday Catalog.  The Spooky Fun stamp set and the Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies can be purchased as a Bundle which gives you an automatic discount of 10% off the price.

This first card has my wicked witch flying thru the sky on her broom silhouetted by the autumn moon.  She is flying among the Wink of Stella stars and low over the gnarly old tree and fenced in cemetery.  This is the first slider card I have ever made and I love how it turned out and had so much fun making it that I know I'll be making more of them.

My second project is a framed piece very similar to the slider card but with a larger autumn moon and a few bats joining the witch on her flight.

Don't you just love this stamp set.  That trio of pumpkins is just the cutest.  There is also a trio of witches...one that can be colored in, one that is a skinny silhouette and the die cut witch.  Which witch will you choose?

I can't wait to see what the other Design Team members are going to make with this stamp set and die bundle.  If you want to see too just head back to WWYS.  If you have this stamp set why not play along with us and maybe you will win a chance to be a Guest Designer on an upcoming challenge.

I used the following products for my projects today:

If you would like to purchase any of the products used please click on any of the photos above and you will be directed to my Stampin' Up! store.  I would love to be your demonstrator.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can assist you with any of your stamping needs.  I'm here to help.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I'll see you soon.

Ghoulish Grunge for What Will You Stamp?

This week's challenge set for What Will You Stamp? is Ghoulish Grunge.  Looking at my card you are probably wondering "Where's the Grunge".  The answer is that the Grunge is on all the mats.  I used the gauze stamp and Versarmark ink on Whisper White and Basic Black cardstock and heat embossed with our new Copper Embossing Powder.

I almost forgot to mention that the cute little pumpkin stamp came from the September Paper Pumpkin kit.  Paper Pumpkin is a fabulous box that arrives at your door on a monthly basis.  It contains everything you need to create...stamps, ink, cardstock, and embellishments. This month it came with plastic tubes and cork stoppers that can be decorated and filled for the trick or treaters in your life.  How awesome is that!!!

Here's a closeup of the mats so you can see all the texture.

Ghoulish Grunge can be used for things other than Halloween...don't you agree

I wonder what the rest of the Design Team has created over at WWYS?  Don't forget to check it out.  If you have this stamp set why not play along with us.  Post your project to the blog and you could win a chance to be a Guest Designer.

I used the following products on my card:

Heat Tool
[129053]
$30.00

If you would like to purchase any of the products used today (or any other Stampin' Up! products) please click on a product photo above and you will be directed to my Stampin' Up! store.  Oh and you can purchase a Paper Pumpkin subscription there too.  I would love to be your demonstrator.

Thanks for visiting with me again today.  I'll see you soon.

Home Sweet Home for What Will You Stamp?

Hello and welcome back to my blog.  Our challenge set this week over at What Will You Stamp? is Home Sweet Home which has the stamp set shown below as well as a coordinating set of Thinlits that make the most adorable little 3D houses.  The stamp set and thinlits can be purchased as a bundle which gives you an automatic savings of 10%.

Instead of making a 3D house I decided to make a house-warming card using this bundle.  I used the stamp set for the "home sweet home" and the thinlit die for the birdhouse.  The leaves are from the Falling Flowers stamp set.  My birdhouse needed a little bluebird so I used the retired Bird Builder Punch to do that.

Isn't this stamp set the cutest?
Combined with the thinlits there are lots of choices for either cards or 3D projects.

Don't forget to head back to the WWYS Challenge Blog to check out everything the Design Team has to share this week.

If you would like to recreate this card I used the following products:

If you would like to purchase any of these products just click on the image and you will be directed to my Stampin' Up! store.  I would love to be your demonstrator!
