At Home With You for What Will You Stamp?

Hello and welcome to Week 134 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.

I can't believe how long it's been since I've posted.  So much has been happening including Hurricane Irma from which we managed to escape with very little damage.  I wish I could say the same for everyone else in Florida.  There is so much heartbreaking devastation. Parts of Downtown Jacksonville were flooded and one of the largest office buildings is still closed because it will be some time before they can determine how much structural damage has been done.  I'm very thankful to all those who have come to Florida from out of state to help with tree removal, power restoration, etc.  Much thanks!

Our challenge at WWYS this week was to use "At Home With You".  I combined this with "Brightly Lit Christmas" to create the beautifully lit porches.  Both of these sets are so much fun to work with.  I used Embossing Paste with a little Crumb Cake reinker added to it to make the bricks on my homes.  Although it is hard to tell in the photos, I even have Window Sheet in my front doors.

The Green Door house with a little side lighting and some jeweled potted plants.

The Red Door house with some overhead lighting, beautiful holly garland and wreath.

"At Home With You" is a the perfect set for any occasion whether it be a New Home, Spring, Thanksgiving, Christmas or just because.
This stamp set can be purchased as a bundle with matching framelits.

Make sure to head back over to WWYS to see what other projects the Design Team members have there.  I know you won't be disappointed.

Bike Ride for What Will You Stamp?

Welcome to week 129 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  I fashioned a Calypso Coral bike to carry a beautiful bouquet of yellow flowers in an adorable little basket.  I also have a little dog that is just waiting to run alongside the bike.

Kind of brings back those childhood memories of riding a bike on our family vacations on a beautiful morning along the boardwalk in Atlantic City.  We used to vacation there about every other year for as long as I can remember.  Of course, that was long before casinos took over the area.

Bike Ride has the cutest images.  The little basket can hold apples, two different flower bouquets, a stack of book and even the little dog.

The rest of the Design Team has some great projects to share with you over at WWYS so don't forget to check back with them.  If you have the Bike Ride stamp set why not play along by creating a project, posting it to the Challenge Blog and you could be one of our future Guest Designers.

I used the following products on my card today:

If you would like to make your own Bike Ride card you can purchase any of these items by clicking on a photo above to be taken directly to my Stampin' Up! website.  I would love to be your Demonstrator and assist with your stamping needs.  I'm here to help.

Thanks for visiting with me today.  I'll see you again soon.

Cool Treats for WWYS #125

Hello and welcome to Week 125 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  This week we are using Cool Treats and I made a delicious sherbet sundae to celebrate 35 years with my husband.  The date is 7/17/17 so that must mean this is going to be a great year coming up...at least I hope so.

Cool Treats is such a fun set to work with.  All those great images make me want to go out and stop at Bruster's to get the world's best ice cream.  I had never been a big fan of ice cream until I discovered Bruster's.  Sometimes I get on an ice cream kick and stop there way too many times in one week...last week it was 3 days in a row.  Somebody stop me!!

Here is an enlarged photo to show the Wink of Stella glitter that was brushed on the sherbet to give it the frozen look.  I also covered the chocolate topping with the Fine Tip Glue to give it a shiny appearance.

Check out all the yummy images in the Cool Treats stamp set.
Oh, there are matching framelits too.  Don't you just love it!!!!

If you would like to make your own yummy ice cream treat project these are the products I used:
