Cool Treats for WWYS #125

Hello and welcome to Week 125 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  This week we are using Cool Treats and I made a delicious sherbet sundae to celebrate 35 years with my husband.  The date is 7/17/17 so that must mean this is going to be a great year coming up...at least I hope so.

Cool Treats is such a fun set to work with.  All those great images make me want to go out and stop at Bruster's to get the world's best ice cream.  I had never been a big fan of ice cream until I discovered Bruster's.  Sometimes I get on an ice cream kick and stop there way too many times in one week...last week it was 3 days in a row.  Somebody stop me!!

Here is an enlarged photo to show the Wink of Stella glitter that was brushed on the sherbet to give it the frozen look.  I also covered the chocolate topping with the Fine Tip Glue to give it a shiny appearance.

Check out all the yummy images in the Cool Treats stamp set.
Oh, there are matching framelits too.  Don't you just love it!!!!

If you would like to make your own yummy ice cream treat project these are the products I used:

Happy Birthday Gorgeous - WWYS #123

Hello and welcome back.  It is Week 123 for the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  This week we are using Happy Birthday Gorgeous!!!   Of course I was talking to you.  You're welcome!!!   lol

This set has so many great images from fabulous sentiments to beautiful flowers and more. I chose to make a simple birthday card using one sentiment and an assortment of colors for the flower garland.  These flowers were so easy to make using the two step stamping method.  The semi-solid flower is stamped in a lighter color and then the outline flower is stamped in a darker shade.  I used Peekaboo Peach with Calypso Coral, Soft Sky and Island Indigo, Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant for the flowers and the amazing new In Color Lemon Lime Twist for the leaves.  Everything had to be hand cut, but it really didn't take long at all.  I know a lot of people don't like to "fussy cut" but I find it relaxing.

Aren't these images fabulous?
I love the fonts on the sentiments and the flowers are so easy to work with.
The Design Team over at the WWYS Challenge Blog is going to have some amazing work to share today so don't forget to go over and check them out.

I used the following products today:
