Autism Matters Blog Hop

Welcome to my blog and the 2017 Autism Matters Blog Hop.  Quite a few Stampin' Up! Demonstrators around the world have agreed to take part in today's Blog Hop to help raise awareness and funds for Autism research and services for those with Autism.

Many children with autism have a reduced sensitivity to pain but may be extra sensitive to sound, touch, or other sensory stimulation—which may contribute to a reluctance to being cuddled or hugged.

Can you imagine what it must be like to have a child that you can't hug?  I have a dear friend whose son has Autism along with various other issues, and I know first hand that Autism impacts the entire family.  That's why this Blog Hop is so important...we hope to raise awareness and funds for Autism Speaks.

I used the Stampin' Up! stamp set Over the Rainbow for my card because I thought the sentiment was perfect for today.   We all need to believe that God gives us hope.

Following is a listing of all the fantastic participants who are giving of their talent and time to make this Austism Speaks Blog Hop and Fundraiser a success.
1- Kimberly Van Diepen

Weather Together for What Will You Stamp?

Today's stamp set for the What Will You Stamp? challenge is Weather Together.  I had so much fun creating this card.  I actually designed and made it in January and had to wait until now to share it.  I usually don't make things so far in advance for the challenge and it just about killed me to wait for today's reveal.  I used the new Stampin' Up! watercolor pencils to color everything and I combined Weather Together with Bella & Friends and love the finished product!

Cute little Bella says who needs a balloon to fly when you can have a fancy umbrella.

Weather Together is a great stamp set that would work well for so many occasions.  I've seen it used for everything from wedding and baby showers to sympathy.

This is also one of those stamp sets that has matching framelits which can be purchased as a bundle with a savings of 10%.

The rest of the Design Team is going to have some great projects to share today so don't forget to head back to WWYS and check them out.

I used the following products today:

Heat Tool
[129053]
$30.00

To purchase any of the supplies to make your own flying Bella just click on any of the photos above to be directed to my Stampin' Up! website.  I would love to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and assist with any of your stamping needs.

Thanks for stopping by today.  See you soon!!!

Basket Bunch for What Will You Stamp?

Hello...so glad you are visiting with me again.  Welcome to week 110 of the What Will You Stamp? challenge.  We are using Basket Bunch this week. My card today is a cute little basket filled with beautiful spring flowers just sitting in the grass.  I'll just bet that some Easter eggs are hidden nearby!

Isn't this set adorable...bunnies, chicks & flowers, oh my!...and it has matching thinlits.
What more could you ask for!
Don't forget that when you purchase a bundled stamp set with the thinlits you save an automatic 10%.  How great is that!

I can't wait to see what the other amazing Design Team members have to share over at WWYS.

I used these products on my card today:
