Here's another birthday card I made using the Stampin' Up Happy Moments Sale-a-Bration set. This little cake is so pretty with all the flower decorations. Get out your sunglasses because I used all bright colors on this one. Pink Passion, Only Orange & Green Galore cardstock were the colors that screamed out to me. The scrap of DP is the retired Sweet Always. I used Crystal Effects to glue rhinestones into the center of each flower because I've got to have my bling. The Scallop Edge punch adds a little extra interest.
