I recently held a Paper Pumpkin class with several other demonstrators and we showed alternative ways to use five different Paper Pumpkin kits.  I made a couple of alternatives with the March 2015 Sew You kit and would like to share them with you.

This is what one of the cards looks like with no changes and it's super cute!
I love, love, love this Christmas card that was made by flipping the "YOU" over and turning it into "JOY".  I cut 1/4" strips of Real Red and Wild Wasabi cardstock and glued those onto alternating stripes to create my own Christmas designer series paper.
On this next card I cut the striped card from the kit in half and glued that to the front of the Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay cardstock to create another layer.  I used those same colors and the Bird Builder Punch to make the cute little bird that is singing "Thank You".

Paper Pumpkin is monthly Magic in a Box that is delivered right to your door.  If you like the "Sew You" kit I've shown here, you can purchase that also (while supplies last) after you have signed up for a Paper Pumpkin trial.

This is really a great deal so if you have been thinking about signing up for your own little bit of magic now is the time.  Super easy to do it too.....CLICK HERE

Thanks for stopping in to visit...I'll see you again soon.

Your Perfect Day for What Will You Stamp?

Happy Memorial Day!!!  I hope you are all having a wonderful day whether it be with family and friends or just enjoying a quiet day off from work.

I do appreciate you taking the time to stop in for Week 13 of the What Will You Stamp? challenge.  Our challenge this week was to use "Your Perfect Day" from the 2015 Occasions Catalog.  So without further commentary from me, here is my creation.
This stamp set has some amazing images as shown below.  What couple wouldn't love to receive a beautiful wedding card made with this set?
I know the other Design Team members have created some wonderful projects to share with you so don't forget to go back to the What Will You Stamp? challenge blog and check it out.

If you would like to CASE my card, I used the following products:
Again, thanks for taking time out of your day to stop in for a visit.  If you wouldn't mind staying a little longer please leave me a comment...I love hearing from you.

See you next week!!!

Guy Greetings for What Will You Stamp?

Welcome back for week 12 of the What Will You Stamp? challenge.  I'm sure you noticed that I was missing in action last week, but I'm back now and ready to share my project this week using the terrific stamp set by Stampin' Up! called Guy Greetings.

Check out my he-man wrestler strutting his stuff in his paper-pieced pants on the poster attached to the red brick building that houses the wrestling arena.  Wonder who his opponent is this week?
I love Guy Greetings and was thrilled to see that it carried over into the 2015/16 Annual Catalog.  However, I think Stampin' Up! kind of missed the mark on this one by not adding in the word "Son".  I have called and told Stampin' Up! that I felt this way and requested they make a single stamp for "Son".  I just know there are plenty of stampers out there who feel the same way and, if you do, give Stampin' Up! a call to let them know and ask them to issue a single stamp.  They do listen and I'm sure if enough of us call they will do something about the missing "Son".   Okay, enough of my rant.  Here are the other stamps in this great stamp set.
I know the other members of the Design Team have some wonderful projects to share with all of you so head on over to What Will You Stamp? to check them out.

If you would like to recreate my project, following are the supplies I used.
If I can help you in any way with your stamping needs please don't hesitate to let me know.  Also, if you don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and would like to receive the beautiful new catalog please get in touch with me.  I would be happy to get one out to you.

I appreciate you taking the time to stop in for a visit and hope you will leave me a comment.  I love hearing from you.

See you next week.

Painted Petals for What Will You Stamp?

I love the stamp set Painted Petals and was super excited when it showed up as the challenge set this week over at What Will You Stamp?  I have been wanting to make a card using this framing technique and Painted Petals proved to be the perfect choice.  I do have one tip to share about this stamp set and that is to do yourself a favor and purchase the photopolymer version.  Go ahead and ask me how I know this!!!  Photopolymer makes it a snap to line up the flowers and the leaves.

Here are all the stamps that come in Painted Petals.  The possibilities are endless.
Love this stamp set!!!
I can't wait to see what the rest of the Design Team has done with Painted Petals so why not join me and hop on over to What Will You Stamp? and we'll check it out together.

I used the following products for my card this week:
Please let me know if I can help with any of your stamping needs.

Thanks for visiting and I'll see you again soon.
