I recently held a Paper Pumpkin class with several other demonstrators and we showed alternative ways to use five different Paper Pumpkin kits.  I made a couple of alternatives with the March 2015 Sew You kit and would like to share them with you.

This is what one of the cards looks like with no changes and it's super cute!
I love, love, love this Christmas card that was made by flipping the "YOU" over and turning it into "JOY".  I cut 1/4" strips of Real Red and Wild Wasabi cardstock and glued those onto alternating stripes to create my own Christmas designer series paper.
On this next card I cut the striped card from the kit in half and glued that to the front of the Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay cardstock to create another layer.  I used those same colors and the Bird Builder Punch to make the cute little bird that is singing "Thank You".

Paper Pumpkin is monthly Magic in a Box that is delivered right to your door.  If you like the "Sew You" kit I've shown here, you can purchase that also (while supplies last) after you have signed up for a Paper Pumpkin trial.

This is really a great deal so if you have been thinking about signing up for your own little bit of magic now is the time.  Super easy to do it too.....CLICK HERE

Thanks for stopping in to visit...I'll see you again soon.

Your Perfect Day for What Will You Stamp?

Happy Memorial Day!!!  I hope you are all having a wonderful day whether it be with family and friends or just enjoying a quiet day off from work.

I do appreciate you taking the time to stop in for Week 13 of the What Will You Stamp? challenge.  Our challenge this week was to use "Your Perfect Day" from the 2015 Occasions Catalog.  So without further commentary from me, here is my creation.
This stamp set has some amazing images as shown below.  What couple wouldn't love to receive a beautiful wedding card made with this set?
I know the other Design Team members have created some wonderful projects to share with you so don't forget to go back to the What Will You Stamp? challenge blog and check it out.

If you would like to CASE my card, I used the following products:
Again, thanks for taking time out of your day to stop in for a visit.  If you wouldn't mind staying a little longer please leave me a comment...I love hearing from you.

See you next week!!!

Festival of Trees

The Stampin' Up! Festival of Trees stamp set is fabulous.  There's such a variety of trees to choose from.  There's a garland to add to the trees or, if you prefer, you can add ornaments. Since the stamps are photopolymer you can easily see exactly where to place these ornaments on your tree.  How about adding a cardinal?  Or place your tree into a pot.  The possibilities are endless.  Best of all....there's a matching tree punch.  Can you say HOORAY!!!!  I love it when things come together so easily. The cards I'm sharing today showcase two of the trees from Festival of Trees and are so simple to create.

This first card has the stamped ornaments and a few sparkly rhinestones.

This second card has a very simple branched tree basking in the glow of a star.

If you would like to recreate either of these cards, I used the following Stampin' Up! supplies:

Blog Hop with the Jacksonville STARZ

Welcome to the Stampin' Up! Jacksonville STARZ Blog Hop.  You should have arrived here from Priscilla Thoreson's blog.

I made this card for our recent swap using new product from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog and thought I would share it with all of you. I just love the frosty look of this sentiment from Seasonally Scattered.  Kind of reminds me of those nights when the moon would glisten on the snow covered ground and on the icicles hanging from the roof.  Living in Florida now I can honestly say I often wish for snow although my husband definitely doesn't share that wish.

If you would like to recreate this card I used the following Stampin' Up! products:
To continue on the Blog Hop just click below and you will be taken to Stampingleeyours, the blog of the extremely talented Lee Conrey.

Just in case you get lost along the way, following are all the participants:

Thanks for taking the time to Hop with us.  I hope you enjoy yourself and please come back again soon.

Sea Street Silliness

I only have a short post for you today.

Another convention swap share...This time by Colleen Magness.  Colleen used the cute stamp set called Sea Street on page 48 of the annual catalog with the Maritime Designer Series Paper on page 187.
Today's photo share is me and Amanda Sevall from California.  Amanda is in the same group of demonstrators as me, but this is the first time we had the opportunity to meet.  We have been chatting on Facebook but there is nothing like a face-to-face meeting.  I so enjoyed meeting Amanda and hope to see her again in January at Stampin' Up! Leadership in Orlando.  I hope we get to attend Manager's Reception together there.

Thanks Amanda for allowing me to pick your brain at convention!
Thanks to all of you for visiting my blog today.
