Home Sweet Home for What Will You Stamp?

Hello and welcome back to my blog.  Our challenge set this week over at What Will You Stamp? is Home Sweet Home which has the stamp set shown below as well as a coordinating set of Thinlits that make the most adorable little 3D houses.  The stamp set and thinlits can be purchased as a bundle which gives you an automatic savings of 10%.

Instead of making a 3D house I decided to make a house-warming card using this bundle.  I used the stamp set for the "home sweet home" and the thinlit die for the birdhouse.  The leaves are from the Falling Flowers stamp set.  My birdhouse needed a little bluebird so I used the retired Bird Builder Punch to do that.

Isn't this stamp set the cutest?
Combined with the thinlits there are lots of choices for either cards or 3D projects.

Don't forget to head back to the WWYS Challenge Blog to check out everything the Design Team has to share this week.

If you would like to recreate this card I used the following products:

If you would like to purchase any of these products just click on the image and you will be directed to my Stampin' Up! store.  I would love to be your demonstrator!

Thanks for taking the time to visit with me today.  I hope to see you back here soon.

Glamper Greetings for What Will You Stamp?

Glamper Greetings is the challenge set this week for What Will You Stamp?  I had to borrow the set from my uplline because I really had no interest in it when I saw it in the catalog.  I didn't buy it, had no intention of buying it, but now.....can I just tell you how much fun I had creating this card!!!!

I decided to take my "glamper" to the beach for a well deserved vacation.  I found the perfect spot to park under two towering palms from the Totally Trees stamp set.  And what trip to the beach would be complete without your very own pink plastic flamingo.

The Soft Sky is sponged with Whisper White ink to create a few clouds.  The sand is a piece of Crumb Cake that has been torn and then sponged on the edge with Crumb Cake ink. The Crumb Cake ink was also used to add a few Gorgeous Grunge speckles. Torn strips of Dapper Denim and Marina Mist with a light sponging of Whisper White ink on the torn edges became the ocean.  The "glamper" is colored with Soft Sky, Smoky Slate, Marina Mist and (of course) Flirty Flamingo inks.  Glass in the windows was made using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.  Now that the scene is set it's time to kick back and relax.

Check out this stamp set!!!!
Now that I've stamped with it once I can't wait to try it again.
Guess what?...I just ordered it.
Now I'm wondering where my next "glamper" vacation will take me.

I can't wait to see what the other Design Team members over at WWYS have done with this set.  I just know I'll be getting lots of new ideas from them.

If you would like to purchase any of the products I used today to create your own "glamper" destination, just click on any of the pictures below to go directly to my Stampin' Up! store.
