Ghoulish Grunge for What Will You Stamp?

This week's challenge set for What Will You Stamp? is Ghoulish Grunge.  Looking at my card you are probably wondering "Where's the Grunge".  The answer is that the Grunge is on all the mats.  I used the gauze stamp and Versarmark ink on Whisper White and Basic Black cardstock and heat embossed with our new Copper Embossing Powder.

I almost forgot to mention that the cute little pumpkin stamp came from the September Paper Pumpkin kit.  Paper Pumpkin is a fabulous box that arrives at your door on a monthly basis.  It contains everything you need to create...stamps, ink, cardstock, and embellishments. This month it came with plastic tubes and cork stoppers that can be decorated and filled for the trick or treaters in your life.  How awesome is that!!!

Here's a closeup of the mats so you can see all the texture.

Ghoulish Grunge can be used for things other than Halloween...don't you agree

I wonder what the rest of the Design Team has created over at WWYS?  Don't forget to check it out.  If you have this stamp set why not play along with us.  Post your project to the blog and you could win a chance to be a Guest Designer.

I used the following products on my card:

Heat Tool
[129053]
$30.00

If you would like to purchase any of the products used today (or any other Stampin' Up! products) please click on a product photo above and you will be directed to my Stampin' Up! store.  Oh and you can purchase a Paper Pumpkin subscription there too.  I would love to be your demonstrator.

Thanks for visiting with me again today.  I'll see you soon.

Jar of Love for What Will You Stamp?

Welcome to my blog and Week 73 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.

We are working our way through a lot of the new releases from the Stampin' Up! 2016-17 Annual Catalog and Jar of Love is one of the new stamp sets. Although this set has many possibilities, anyone who knows me knows that I love to stamp flowers and that's what I'm sharing here today.

I know, I know....break out of your box Susan.
I have really been trying to do just that...but not this week.  lol

I used my favorite color combo (at the moment) and that is Peekaboo Peach and Watermelon Wonder.  I stamped the jar and Hello in Versamark on cardstock vellum and heat embossed in white.  On the back of the jar I sponged in Soft Sky ink so the jar would be filled with water.  I'm happy with the way this card turned out and I promise that I will be back at another time with a Jar of Love card without flowers...well maybe just a few.

Can't you just see all the possibilities with Jar of Love?  The little goldfish is just the cutest!!!

To make this set even more appealing are the matching dies that can be purchased either separately or in a bundle with the stamp set.
Purchasing as a bundle gives you an automatic 10% discount.

I used the following products while creating my card today:

Heat Tool
[129053]
$30.00

If you would like to purchase any of the products I used today you can just click on the product image above and you will go directly to my Stampin' Up! website.

If you don't have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and would like to receive a copy of the current catalog please contact me.  I would be happy to help you with your stamping needs.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today.  See you again soon.

Falling Flowers for What Will You Stamp?

Huge shout out to my dad, brother and husband who have all served.

My post today is a card that was done using the What Will You Stamp? challenge set Falling Flowers which is new from Stampin' Up!  When a new catalog is released I tend to order almost all the new flower stamps immediately and this time was no exception.  I used a couple of other new Stampin' Up! products and they are the Petal Burst embossing folder and Melon Mambo stitched ribbon.

I've got to be honest here about the coloring...I used some of my old retired Blendabilities to color.  I keep hoping Stampin' Up! will come out with new alcohol markers to replace these.  Hey Stampin' Up!.....are you listening!!!!?

I hope you enjoyed my card today.  Let me know what you think by leaving a comment.  I always enjoy hearing from you.

With all the beautiful line images in Falling Flowers and the coordinating May Flowers Framelits Dies it's super easy to create beautiful projects.
I can't wait to see what the Design Team has to share over at the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog.  I'd also love to see your projects.  If you already have Falling Flowers why not create a project and post it over at What Will You Stamp? and you could win a chance to be a Guest Designer for a future challenge.  What have you got to lose?
