Hot Diggity Dog for What Will You Stamp?

Welcome to Week 26 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge using Hot Diggity Dog.  I chose to do a birthday card today because a friend, who just happens to be a dog lover, has a birthday coming up soon.  The Scottie dog is my favorite and I paired him up with one of the papers from the Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper pack.  The pattern on the paper is what dictated how I created the card.  I used triangular elements to give cohesiveness to the design.  I think my little Scottie is so cute and hope you do too.
Hot Diggity Dog is the cutest stamp set and it's ideal for every dog lover in your life because there are so many different sentiments you can use to create the perfect card.  Hot Diggity Dog even contains a sympathy sentiment for that card you need to send, even though you really wished you didn't have to make it.
I can't wait to see what the rest of the Design Team has waiting over at the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog.  See you there!!!!

I used the following products on my card today:
Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can help you with any of your stamping needs.

Thanks so much for stopping back for a visit.  I'll look for you again next week.

Honeycomb Hello for What Will You Stamp?

Welcome to my blog and week 25 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  This week the Design Team is using Honeycomb Hello.

My sister just spent the weekend with me because her AC decided to quit on Friday evening and it was about 90 degrees at 7:00 PM and the replacement part couldn't be found until some time on Monday.  So what else do you do when you are both addicted to stamping?  You stamp of course!!!  I told her Honeycomb Hello was our challenge set for this week and she took one look at the set and said "looks like a beehive to me".  That's how this card was born.  It always amazes me how everyone sees things so differently.  I never would have thought of this but I think it's a winner.  What do you think?
This stamp set was designed to coordinate with the Hexagon Hive Thinlit but as you can see I didn't go that route this time.
I can't wait to see what the other Design Team members have decided to create with this set.  I'm going to head over to the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog and check it out so I'll see you all there.

If you would like to recreate my card I used the following product:
Please contact me if I can help you with any of your stamping needs.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today and don't forget to check back again next week to see what I have in store for you.

Sea Street for What Will You Stamp?

Welcome to Week #23 of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  Our challenge set this week is Sea Street and there are so many cute images it was hard to choose which to use but I settled on Mr. Smiley Faced Octopus as my main character.  He is holding tightly onto his tiny lobster dinner and I'm quite sure Mr. Lobster is none too happy about it.

My ocean background is Shimmery White cardstock sponged with Soft Sky, Marina Mist and Crumb Cake ink.  The sand speckles on the ocean floor were done with Gorgeous Grunge and Soft Suede.  I love the subtle shimmer of this cardstock and sponging on it is so smooth.  If you haven't tried Shimmery White cardstock you need to get some.  Love it!!!!
Aren't these sea creatures just the cutest?  And the flags, and the rope, and the anchor
...what's not to love here.
It's almost time to get back to the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the Design Team has created for you this week.

I used the following products today on my card:
Please let me know if I can help you with any of your stamping needs.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today and I hope you'll come again real soon.

No Bones About It for What Will You Stamp?

No Bones About It.....This stamp set ROCKS!!!!

I'm in love with every one of these dinosaurs and when I saw this was the challenge set for What Will You Stamp? this week I couldn't wait to stamp with it.

I can remember taking field trips to the museum when I was in grade school and ALWAYS being forced to rush past the dinosaurs to go to the bug exhibit or the rock exhibit.  REALLY!!!  Did they honestly think that kids would be more interested in those things than dinosaurs?  Our group always slowed down to a crawl when we were passing thru the dinosaur room and we were always scolded for dawdling.  You'd think the teachers would understand the fascination with dinosaurs and skip the bugs and let us explore the dinosaur room.  I'm sure they were probably afraid of the damage that might be caused if they actually stopped and allowed exploration.  Oh well, enough reminiscing.

I used T-Rex on my card today.  Don't you just love the skeleton?  He kind of looks like an X-ray.  It's so easy to get the placement of the skeleton perfect because this stamp set is only available in photopolymer which means it is totally see-thru.  Seriously....this stamp set makes me smile every time I stamp with it.
Here are all the wonderful dinosaurs and their skeletons included in the set...T-Rex, Stegosaurus, Triceratops and Brontosaurus.  Did I say I love this stamp set?  LOL
I know I'm as anxious as you are to see what the rest of the Design Team has created this week so let's get back to What Will You Stamp? and check it out.

If any of you will be attending our bi-monthly charity stamping event on August 8th this is my card that you will be making.  If you can't attend the charity stamping event but would like to recreate my card I used the following products:
Please let me know if I can help you with any of your stamping needs.

Cupcake Party for What Will You Stamp?

Hello Everyone.  It's Monday morning and that means it's time for the What Will You Stamp? challenge.

Can I just say...I sure could use a cupcake. Right now!!!!  Working with this stamp set made me want to dive face first into the real thing.  Not because it was difficult and I needed a reward, but I kept thinking of how good a cupcake would taste.  LOL

My card this week is really simple because I wanted to showcase that sweet little cupcake.  I've always loved the color combo of pink and green so when I saw this sheet of Designer Series Paper from English Garden I knew I had to use it.  I also tried a layout that is a little different today and I think I like it.
Cupcake Party is soooo cute and would be suitable for many occasions, not just birthdays.  And what makes this stamp set even better is the fact that you can purchase a Cupcake Builder punch to make it even easier to complete your project.
Head on over to the What Will You Stamp? challenge blog to see what the Design Team has to share with you today.

I used the following products to create my card:

Thanks so much for spending some time with me today.  I'll see you again next week.

From Land to Sea for What Will You Stamp?

I'm so excited to share my card with you today for the What Will You Stamp? challenge this week.  My cute little turtle is one of the stamps in the set From Land to Sea. I colored him with Old Olive, Sahara Sand and Soft Suede inks using a Blender Pen.  I love how the top of his shell is reflecting the sunlight coming thru the water and this effect can be achieved by added lots of water to the initial layer of color and then adding in extra color near the edges .  I colored the water background with reinkers dropped onto a Window Sheet, spritzed that with water to get the colors to blend and then placed my Whisper White cardstock into the ink.  Remove gently and allow to dry.  Very easy technique that gives a beautiful result.
From Land to Sea was one of the first items I purchased when the new catalog was released in June.  If you love the "salt life" then this stamp set is for you.  The photo below shows all the stamps that make this a must have item on your shelf.

I know there are going to be some amazing Design Team projects on the What Will You Stamp? blog so hop on over to check them out.

If you would like to CASE my card, I used the following products:
