Totally Trees for What Will You Stamp?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Welcome to my blog and the not so scary stamp set Totally Trees for the What Will You Stamp? Challenge.  My card share today is a trio of trees with the beautiful colors of fall.

I stamped the trees in Soft Suede and used a baby wipe technique to add color to the leaves.  I folded 2 baby wipes into a square and used Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Wild Wasabi ink refills to create a multi-colored stamp pad by placing drops of those colors onto the baby wipes and slightly overlapping them so no white space showed.  I then used this multi-colored stamp pad to stamp the leaves.  After the trees were completed I added the grass and gently sponged Soft Sky onto the background.

The Woodland embossing folder was used on the Whisper White mat and then everything was mounted onto Gold Foil Sheets.

This is such a versatile set that has so many trees to choose from.
You need this stamp set in your collection!!!

It's going to be interesting to see what everyone else at WWYS has created this week so make sure to go back there to check it out.

I used the following products on my card:

Labeler Alphabet for What Will You Stamp?

Good Monday Morning!!!  You all know what that means....another What Will You Stamp? challenge.  The Labeler Alphabet is the challenge set which makes it so easy to stamp anything you want to say.  I am always in need of birthday cards so I used Gorgeous Grunge combined with the Labeler Alphabet to create this easy peasy card.

I stamped Happy Birthday with the solid alphabet on Whisper White with Memento Black ink to match the Basic Black mat.  The other mat is Marina Mist and I used both of those colors again to mat the sentiment.  The colored inks are Wild Wasabi, Wisteria Wonder, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo and Marina Mist.

I think Labeler Alphabet is a "must have" stamp set for any collection.

It's going to fun to see what everyone has created for the WWYS Challenge Blog because using the Labeler Alphabet left the whole catalog open for use.

I used the following products today:

Cookie Cutter Halloween for What Will You Stamp?

Happy Fall Y'All.   Who doesn't love fall with the leaves changing their colors and the crunch of them under your feet while walking.  Fall here in Florida is a little different...first you have a little thing like Hurricane Matthew churning up the coast which causes giant limbs (sometimes whole trees) to fall and then you get to watch all the green leaves turn brown as they sit along the side of the road for yard waste pickup.

For the What Will You Stamp? challenge I chose to make my fall card with a fun, brightly colored scarecrow to help me forget about all the limbs in my backyard that still need to be chopped up and dragged to the curb.  This little scarecrow is stinkin' cute and he's such a happy little guy that I don't think he is going to scare many crows away.  lol

Cookie Cutter Halloween is such a great set which can be used for scrapbook pages and treat holder decorations as well as cards.  Aren't these images the cutest??? and there is a matching punch to make things so easy.

I know the Design Team at WWYS is going to be sharing some great projects for Halloween and Fall so make sure you head back there to check it out.

I used the following products to create my card:

Spooky Fun for What Will You Stamp?

Good Morning and welcome to another weekly challenge for What Will You Stamp?  The challenge set is Spooky Fun which just happens to be my favorite Halloween set in the Holiday Catalog.  The Spooky Fun stamp set and the Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies can be purchased as a Bundle which gives you an automatic discount of 10% off the price.

This first card has my wicked witch flying thru the sky on her broom silhouetted by the autumn moon.  She is flying among the Wink of Stella stars and low over the gnarly old tree and fenced in cemetery.  This is the first slider card I have ever made and I love how it turned out and had so much fun making it that I know I'll be making more of them.

My second project is a framed piece very similar to the slider card but with a larger autumn moon and a few bats joining the witch on her flight.

Don't you just love this stamp set.  That trio of pumpkins is just the cutest.  There is also a trio of witches...one that can be colored in, one that is a skinny silhouette and the die cut witch.  Which witch will you choose?

I can't wait to see what the other Design Team members are going to make with this stamp set and die bundle.  If you want to see too just head back to WWYS.  If you have this stamp set why not play along with us and maybe you will win a chance to be a Guest Designer on an upcoming challenge.
